Time really flies....<br /><br />I replied: yup. Yi Bu Rong Chi. Just tell me what I can contribute. Oh Congrates! Hee.<br /><br />He replied: Actually, I need you to be my emcee. Can? I asked weixiang to partner wif you.<br /><br />I replied: That's a honour! Thanks for giving me this chance. Just tell me when is the wedding. i will do some research and make sure I do a gd job!<br /><br />He replied: Next yr. 6th Jan @ merchant count hotel. I'll send you the scripts again. Will arrange for rehearsal again later. Thanks, really appreciates.<br /><br />WHAT!!!! Next yr? Ah... haha, at least I dun have to start whining abt attending my 3rd wedding dinner this yr... But S**t, I have 2 confrimed wedding dinners next yr le!!! Ok, fine, so I still ended up with attending 3 wedding dinners for a yr......<br /><br />Wait a minute, NOW is only mid August, the wedding is 4 mths in future, and he is talking abt scripts and rehearsal?!!! Ok, I'm not so paranoid now, at least i dun need to do intensive research for this task, never do it before and I dun really pay attention to the past wedding dinners emcees. Eh, to be frank, I actually criticised them if they were too lousy.<br />This is starting to be really exciting.......<br /><br />Actually, I'm very happy. i do not know the reason why he choose me over others, I am not the best choice (another junior fr HCJC is a very experieced emcee and they are pretty close friends too, hotel can provide good emcees too.... ) .<br /><br />This, to me, has a significance.<br /><br />He is one of the two seniors for the wushu class I joined in 1997. Gosh, that was 10 years back.<br />They dote on me, in their ways. I was arrowed since i'm one of the older students compare to those 5-10 years old kids. Both of them always had that sinister grins forever hanging on their faces and malicious laughter when they tekan me. I kept wondering whether they were psychotic perverts. Well, they were never gentle to me, a very reserved girl then. I'm their source of entertainment, and definitely one of their topics for drinking session after training. But we have became personal friends.<br /><br />I'm always grateful for their attention and love during my teenage years. I may be be just one of their many Juniors to them, one who always maintained a respectful distance and never really merge into their clique, but their attention always made me feel good about myself. I always long for brotherly love, and they are just like my big brothers. They are my big brothers, always, forever.......<br /><br />" Bowu shixiong, I still miss you.
